The millennium. A portal is opened. The chain of time is broken. A young man is transported into the past, altering the course of history and the outcome of the future. He has to find his way home, but first he must travel to the outer edges of time to repair the world's chronology.

On the way, he encounters strange friends and foes, utilizes incredible devices and vehicles, and pentrates and neutralizes the fortresses of the past, present, and future. A paradox has been created. If he does not restore the order of time, nothing will ever be the same. He is the one who will become a hero. He is Crono.

Help Guides:

Chrono Trigger Side Guide v6.0 - by Caliburn It's a quick side guide/semi FAQ, a great little guide to have if you haven't found everything in CT yet. I reformatted it into HTML, so it's easier to understand.
Chrono Trigger - Complete Strategy Guide and walkthrough V1.1 -by Dmanx He still has to write another section I think. Really good guide so far.
Chrono Trigger Questions & Answers - by Dmanx Very similar to my CTSG.
The Mynock's Guide to Chrono Trigger - by The Mynock It's a whole lot better then mine (it's an entire walk-thru!). Mine was just intended for quick notes anywho. A lot bigger, also. 200k. Start your browser up before you go to the bathroom. This is eveything a newbie could have ever wanted.

Chrono Trigger
Graphics: 9.5 Graphics: A big improvement over the small sprites in previous Final Fantasy games.
Music/Sound: 9.5 Music/Sound: The music really suits the theme and the time period. Excellent orchestral-quality sound.
Play Control: 9.5 Play Control: The game responses really well to the controller.
Originality: 10 Originality: Time travelling....flying with terradactyls..and a damn good plot, may I add!
Challenge: 8 Challenge: Sadly, this game isn't as tough as previous SquareSoft games. The enemies aren't really tough, but nonetheless, some of the bosses have good AI.
Replay Value:10 Replay Value: This game seriously rules. With 13+ endings (with slight moderations after 13), this game deserves a high rating.
TOTAL RATING: 9.5

This is my favorite game!!!

This is an excellent SquareSoft game and should be included in every SNES game library. The triple techs are fun, and there are a few secrets in the game. This game will definately be a classic in the years to come.
